Very friendly but she advertised herself as an actress. I cannot use her work but have agreed to pay her because she cannot significantly improve. The camerawork was exceptionally poor and unusable. She resisted a second revision (but did deliver two revisions--both unusable). The second video was worse than the first and functionally ignored basic criticisms, like "do not look at the camera when you are speaking to the other person." But in the second version, for example, she looked directly at the camera numerous times, more times than the first. In the third delivery, near the end of the piece, she spoke but there was no sound at all! Revisions introduced new problems. I gave up.
